Sintering characteristics, phase transitions, and microwave dielectric properties of low-firing [(Na <sub>0.5</sub>Bi <sub>0.5</sub>) <sub> <i>x</i> </sub>Bi <sub>1− <i>x</i> </sub>](W <sub> <i>x</i> </sub>V <sub>1− <i>x</i> </sub>)O <sub>4</sub> solid solution ceramics

A series of high-k [(Na0.5Bi0.5)xBi1−x](WxV1−x)O4 solid solution ceramics with a scheelite-like structure are synthesized by modified solid-state reaction method at temperature range 680-760 °C. The monoclinic (0 ≤ x &lt; 0.09) to tetragonal scheelite (0.09 1.0) structural phase transition is confirmed XRD, Raman and IR analyses. effect deformation order-disorder caused Na+/Bi3+/W6+ complex substitution on microwave dielectric properties investigated in detail. compositional possess wide variable relative permittivities (24.8 ~ 80) TCF values (-271.9 188.9 ppm/°C). maximum permittivity 80 high Q × f value ~10,000 GHz obtained near the boundary = 0.09. Furthermore, stable ceramic sintered 680 °C excellent &nbsp;= 80.7, 9,400 (at 4.1 GHz) -3.8 ppm/°C designed mixing 0.07 0.08 components. In summary, similar sinterability compatibility systems make it potential for LTCC applications.
